How To Enroll in 5 Steps
1 - Click on the TSI Grapevine or TSI Frisco button below
Please make sure you are in the correct location before enrolling in classes.
2 - Create the account (your info)
3 - Check the release forms
4 - Add Child (child’s info)
5 - Click on Booking to find the class that best fits you! Classes are billed monthly.
** If you would like to schedule a drop in, please click on the Drop In Punch Pass in the menu. Purchase the Drop In Punch Pass, then redeem it through your account in the class you'd like to drop into.
MakeUps
Whenever your child misses a class, when the coaches take roll and mark her absent, a MakeUp token will be issued to your account. They are good for 30 days before they expire.
* You can redeem the Makeup token in your account for a class at your child's ability level.
* Do NOT use your Makeup token for an Unlimited Class Pass. It will be denied.
* Makeup tokens may not be used for Camps or Clinics
* If you try to schedule a Makeup from a lower level to a higher level, it will be denied.
* You will receive an email letting you know that your MakeUp request has been accepted or denied.
Free Trial Class
Each child can schedule ONE Free Trial Class.
Any other Free Trial requests will be denied, no matter how much time has passed or if it's a different class.
Unlimited Class Passes
Unlimited Class Passes can be used for any class within your child's ability level.
They can also be used for Jumps, Stunts, Flyer Flex, and School Cheer Tryout Prep Classes.
They can not be used for camps or clinics.
Payments and Refunds
How do I pay?
Cash and Online
Our classes are typically 6 years and up. We do make exceptions for 5 year olds that can keep up with the rest of the class.
Private Lessons
When scheduling a private lesson, you will pay the gym fee online and the individual coach via a digital form of payment directly to them. Gym fees are included in the total price and not paid in addition to each coach's private lesson rate.
Refunds
We do not do refunds; all purchases are final.
What is the Minimum Age for Students?
Our classes are typically 6 years and up. We do make exceptions for 5 year olds that can keep up with the rest of the class.
What do my Kids Wear?
Training Attire Required
Tops: T-shirt, normally the more fitted the better as we don’t want clothing to get caught up while working a skill.
Bottoms: Athletic shorts or pants depending on the weather.
Girls: We recommend sports bra/tank and biker/boy shorts/spanks to prevent any embarrassing situations. Leotards with shorts are also acceptable.
Don’t make it weird: If your daughter is going to be upside down and has to choose between flash or crash, that is a failure of not being prepared and is not appropriate!
Footwear: Cheer shoes, light tennis shoes, or barefoot.
We’re not picky. If your child is preparing for a tryout, recital, or school function in which they will be required to wear something specific, just let us know.
Make Up Classes
If you miss a class, you will be issued a Make-Up Token through your account that you can use to make it up within 30 days. Just log into your account through the Parent Portal and look for Make-Up Tokens.
